If you wish to be a customer or active user of Evetke Wear webshop, please read the General Contract Terms and Conditions carefully.

Use our services only in case you agree with all aspects of our Terms and Conditions and consider it binding on you.

This document will not be filed, it will only be concluded electronically, so an online sales contract will be created.

The contract concluded cannot be retrieved at a later date, it does not refer to a code of conduct.

The operator of Evetke Wear webshop according to the VAT Act, is not registered for VAT. Therefore the products it sells are not subject to VAT. The prices displayed beside the products are net prices, they do not have VAT content. Prices do not include shipping costs. No separate packaging costs will be charged.

6. Ordering Information

Evetke Wear webshop products are ordered online.

No registration is required for the purchase.

There is no way to place an order on phone.

7. Processing orders

Orders are processed between 9 am and 5 pm on business days.

There is also the possibility to place an order outside of the time specified for processing the order. If the order is placed after the working time expires, it will be processed on the next business day.

In all cases we will confirm the time we can fulfill your order, in electronic mail.

General deadline for completion is 10 working days from confirming the order.

The images shown on the product data sheet can differ from the actual products.

The production of certain products in Evetke Wear webshop may have been discontinued or suspended. With this in mind, we reserve the right to refuse partially or fully confirmed orders. In the case of prepayment of the purchase price of the product, the amount will be returned to the buyer within 5 working days. Partial performance may only take place after consultation with the customer.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after the order has been sent, we recommend that you check the SPAM folder in your email system. If you did not receive the confirmation letter, please contact us at

8. Order Process

a) Place the product you wish to buy in the cart (Shopping cart).

b) If you do not wish to buy any additional products, please check the number of items in the cart. Click the Remove button to delete the contents of the cart. If you’d like to change the quantity to be bought, click "Update cart" after changing the quantity.

c) If you have a discount coupon, enter its number.

d) Continue with your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button.

e) Specify Shipping Information and Billing Information.

f) Choose a payment method.

g) Accept the Terms of Service by selecting the checkbox after you have familiarized yourself with its contents.

h) Continue with your order by clicking the "Check data" button.

i) You can continue your order by clicking on the "Order" button.

j) You can submit your order by clicking on the "Submit Order" button after checking the provided data. If necessary, you can go back to the page where you can edit your shipping and billing information or payment method by clicking on the 'Change data' button before sending your order. You can also go back to changing the contents of your cart by clicking on the "Update cart" button to change the contents of your cart and billing information. After the order has been sent, you can only modify the order details via the email address

k) After sending the order, please pay the price of the ordered products and the shipping fee according to the chosen payment method.

l) After the order has been sent, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order at the given e-mail address.

m) We will confirm your order by email, manually. The contract for the purchase of the ordered products will be concluded by sending this confirmation.

9. Payment of the purchase price of the ordered product and shipping costs

Online card payments of the purchase price of the ordered products and the cost of shipping can be made through Paypal, or Barion payment systems.

Details about card are not visible for the operator of Evetke Wear webshop.

The service provider Barion Payment Zrt is an institution under regulation of National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013.

The price of the ordered products and the shipping fee will be paid after the order has been sent according to the chosen payment method. The total amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary.

The invoice is included in the package to be delivered. Please, check the package before at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier.In case of damaged product, ask for a record and do not accept the package. We cannot accept a post-protocol complaint without a record!

10. Shipping Information

Orders from Evetke Wear webshop are delivered through Magyar Posta Zrt.

After dispatching, Magyar Posta Zrt. Delivers the shipment within the deadline specified in its own Business Rules, therefore the operator of Evetke Wear webshop is not responsible for it.

It is not possible to take the ordered products personally.

11. Shipping costs

The shipping fee is automatically added to the order value.

The shipping fee depends on the delivery address specified in the order and on the quantity of ordered items.

Depending on the shipping address, the shipping charge will be as follows:

a) Delivery to Hungary and Serbia: EUR 5,00 per ordered item;

b) Delivery outside Hungary and Serbia but to European address: EUR 10,00 per ordered item;

c) Shipping to addresses outside Europe: EUR 15,00 per ordered item.

12. Notice regarding order

Your order will only be verified manually if the product is paid. The contract for the purchase of the ordered products is concluded by sending this manual confirmation.

13. Information on liability for defects and warranty

a) Liability for defects

In which case do you have the right to warranty?

In case of faulty performance of Evetke Wear webshop operator, you may enforce a claim for warranty against it in accordance with the rules of the Hungarian Civil Code.

What rights do you have on your warranty claim?

You may choose, at your option, to claim the following: You may request repair or replacement unless the fulfillment of any of the requirements you choose is impossible or would cause disproportionate additional costs to Evetke Wear webshop operator in relation to your other possible claims. If you did not or could not request repair or replacement, you may request a proportional discount or you may repair of the defect, or have it repaired by third party at the expense of the Evetke Wear webshop operator, or if no other solution is available terminate the contract. You may also switch from your chosen warranty right to another, but you shall bear the cost of modification, unless it was justified or due to the reason related to Evetke Wear webshop operator.

What is the deadline for enforcing your warranty claim?

You must disclose the defect immediately after discovering it, but not later than within two months of the discovery. Please note that you may not enforce your warranty rights beyond the two-year limitation period after the performance of the contract.

To whom can you claim your warranty claim?

You may enforce your warranty claim against the Evetke Wear webshop operator.

What other conditions are there for enforcing your warranty rights?

Within six months of delivery, to exercise your rights to warranty, there are no other conditions, than to disclose the fact of defect, supposed that you prove that the product was bought from Evetke Wear webshop operator. However, after six months of completion, you are already required to prove that the defect you discovered was already there at the time of completion.

b) Product warranty

In which cases can you exercise your product warranty rights?

In the event of a defect in the purchased product, you may, at your option, claim warranty claims or product warranty claims.

What are your rights under your product warranty claim?

As a product warranty claim, you may only request the repair or replacement of the defective product.

In which case is the product considered defective?

The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements applicable at the time of placing it on the market or if it does not have the properties described by the Evetke Wear webshop operator, as manufacturer.

What is the deadline for enforcing your product warranty claim?

You may enforce your product warranty claim within two years of the product being placed on the market by the Evetke Wear webshop operator. At the end of this period, you will lose the right to do so.

In what cases is Evetke Wear webshop operator as manufacturer and distributor exempt from product warranty?

Evetke Wear webshop operator, as a manufacturer and distributor, is exempted from product warranty only if it can prove that:

  • the product was not manufactured or marketed in the course of its business, or

  • the fault was not recognizable at the time of placing on the market, according to the state of the science and technology

  • a product defect results from the application of legislation or mandatory regulatory requirements.

The Evetke Wear webshop operator, as a manufacturer and distributor, must provide satisfactory reasons to be exempt from product warranty.

Please note that due to the same error, you may not enforce warranty claims and product warranty claims simultaneously. However, in the event of effective enforcement of your product warranty claim, you may enforce the warranty claim for the replaced product or repaired part against the Evetke Wear webshop operator.

14. Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal/cancellation

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the ordered product without justification, meaning, that you can return the ordered product. In the case of multiple products, the cancellation / notice period expires 14 days after the date of receipt of the last product by you or a third party other than the carrier. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal / cancellation, you must provide a clear statement of your intention to cancel/terminate at:

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal/cancellation, you may use the withdrawal/cancellation statement sample found on the Evetke Wear webshop page.

You exercise your right of withdrawal / notice within the deadline if you send your cancellation/termination notice before the deadline specified above passes.

It is the consumer's responsibility to prove that he/she exercised the right of withdrawal/cancellation in compliance with government decree 45/2014. (II. 26.).

Effects of withdrawal/cancellation

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund, without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation statement, any consideration you have paid, including shipping costs. We will use the same payment method as the payment method used in the original transaction, unless you expressly consent to the use of another payment method; Due to the application of this refund method you will not incur any additional costs. We may withhold the refund until you have returned the product, or you have verified that it has been returned: the earlier of the two should be considered.

You are required to return the product to us without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after the date of the notice of withdrawal. The deadline is considered to be met if you send the product before the 14-day deadline. You will bear the direct cost of returning the product.

You may only be held liable for any depreciation in the product if it was caused by use beyond the use necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the product.

The consumer does not have the right of withdrawal/notice in the following cases:

  • In the case of a non-pre-fabricated product that has been produced at the consumer's request or for a product that is clearly customized to the consumer.

  • For sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening the protective packaging.

15. Data Management Statement

Data from webshop (Evetke Wear webshop) is managed by Studio Present doo Subotica. Data is provided on a voluntary basis with the consent of the data subject. Entering and managing the data is necessary to fulfill the order so that the orders can be identified separately and their content can be identified. The data manager handles and stores the data provided in accordance with Act CVIII of 2001. It will do its utmost to ensure the safety and integrity of the data and in the handling of such data, in accordance with CXII of 2011 on the protection of personal data and publicity of data of public interest Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR). Our partner delivering the ordered packages, Magyar Posta Zrt; is entitled to get acquainted with the delivery data provided.

Subscribe to our newsletter if you would like to receive first-hand information about our news, promotions and other promotions related to Evetke Wear products. The order can be sent without subscribing to the newsletter.

When you sign up for the newsletter, the following data will be recorded and stored until you request to delete them:

You can subscribe to the newsletter when you place an order or on the Evetke Wear webshop. Subscription is only possible with a real email address.

After you submit your subscription, the system will send a confirmation link (web address) to the email address you provided by clicking on it to confirm or confirm your subscription. By clicking the confirmation web address, you consent to receiving newsletters.

The data provided will be treated confidentially by the Evetke Wear webshop operator and Studio Present doo Subotica as a hosting provider, will not be released to third parties, and third party offers will not be delivered to the specified e-mail address.
